For more than two decades, Robert Cuccinello has built relationships with Southwest Florida homeowners, families, investors, and business owners. Those relationships revealed a recurring problem: many people do not discover gaps in their insurance until they purchase a property, receive a difficult renewal, or have a claim.
HLBrokers was created to help clients understand their protection before something goes wrong. We review existing policies, ask practical questions about what has changed, and compare available options from multiple insurance companies.
The goal is not simply to find the lowest price. It is to help each client find the right balance of protection, value, and cost—and to clearly understand the coverage they choose.
A local connection with an established history
HLBrokers is affiliated with Homes and Land Brokers, a Southwest Florida business. HLBrokers is the newer independent insurance agency built from Robert’s longstanding local relationships and service-first approach. Robert has worked in real estate since 1996, and Homes and Land Brokers was founded in 2003.
