Privacy at a glance

HLBrokers LLC uses information submitted through this website to respond to questions and quote requests, operate the website, deliver the request to authorized recipients, and protect the form from abuse. The website does not intentionally include analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts, payments, subscriptions, or public file uploads.

This policy covers the website and its quote-request form. It does not replace a separate carrier, application, policy, or product privacy notice that may apply if an inquiry later moves into an insurance or annuity application.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how HLBrokers LLC (“HLBrokers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida independent insurance agency, handles information throughhlbrokers.com, including the quote-request form and direct website inquiries.

If you later ask HLBrokers to seek coverage, submit an application, or work with an insurance carrier or other provider, additional information and separate notices may apply. The website form does not itself submit an insurance application to a carrier.

2. Information processed

Information entered in the quote form

Name and email
Your name and required email address so HLBrokers can identify and answer the request.
Phone and contact preference
Your required phone number and, when provided, your preferred contact method.
Coverage context
The selected insurance type and, when provided, a property address or business name, business type, current-policy status, approximate coverage amount or contract value, and what you would like reviewed.
Message
Any brief message you choose to include about the request.

Form and request metadata

  • A hidden website field used as a honeypot to identify automated submissions.
  • A client-generated submission UUID used as an idempotency key to reduce duplicate email delivery.
  • A server-generated request ID used to trace the outcome of a request without placing the submitted contact details in application logs.
  • IP address and limited request metadata processed for hosting, delivery, firewall screening, security, and rate limiting.

HLBrokers application logs for the quote workflow contain the request ID, outcome, and rate-limit status. Those application log events do not contain the contact details submitted in the form. Infrastructure providers may create their own technical records as part of delivering and securing their services.

3. How information is collected

  • Directly from you when you complete the quote form or contact HLBrokers.
  • From the browser and network request as needed to serve the site and apply security and rate-limit controls.
  • Through an agency-arranged channel only when you separately arrange delivery of a policy document under the process described below.

4. How information is used

Website information is used to:

  • Respond about the question, coverage review, or quote request you submitted.
  • Use the contact information you supplied for that response.
  • Determine what additional details may be needed to continue the conversation.
  • Validate the form, reduce duplicate delivery, detect automated abuse, and enforce rate limits.
  • Deliver the request to the authorized agency and website-support recipients described below.
  • Troubleshoot delivery and security outcomes using limited application logs.

Submitting the form does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated calls or texts.

5. Providers and recipients

  • HLBrokers recipients. Quote-request emails go to authorized agency personnel who respond to the request.
  • Website-support recipients. The same quote-request emails go to authorized website-support recipients responsible for operating and supporting the website form and its delivery workflow.
  • Vercel. Vercel hosts the website and processes requests through its platform, including firewall and rate limiting functions. Vercel may process IP address, request, security, and technical log information inherent in those services.
  • Resend. Resend delivers the quote-request email, including the submitted form fields, to the authorized recipients.

The website form does not automatically send the request to an insurance carrier. If you later authorize HLBrokers to seek coverage or submit an application, information may be shared under the separate carrier, application, and product processes that apply at that stage.

6. Policy documents

Ordinary declarations pages and requested policy documents may be emailed todocs@hlbrokers.com. The website quote form is not an approved channel for policy documents of any kind. For sensitive information, call (239) 598-9200 for a secure delivery method. You can also arrange in-person delivery by appointment.

Access to documents received through these channels is limited to Robert Cuccinello and authorized agency personnel with a business need. No specific access controls are claimed for the docs@hlbrokers.com mailbox or for any other channel. Accidental sensitive submissions and security incidents are escalated to the Owner & Principal Agent.

Documents received are kept as long as needed to prepare policy quotes and for the agency's ordinary recordkeeping. No specific retention or deletion period is stated in this policy, for policy documents or for quote-request emails, correspondence, website logs, provider logs, or other agency records.

7. Retention

This policy states no retention period. Information submitted through the website form and documents received through the channels described in section 6 are kept as long as needed to respond to the request, to prepare policy quotes, and for the agency's ordinary recordkeeping.

8. Analytics and infrastructure data

The current website source does not intentionally include analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or social-media tracking code. HLBrokers does not intentionally use the website form for those purposes.

That statement is limited to the website code and HLBrokers’ intentional integrations. Hosting, firewall, network, and email infrastructure providers may still generate and process request identifiers, IP addresses, delivery records, security events, or other technical data inherent in their services.

9. Security and sensitive information

The website validates quote-form inputs, limits request size, uses a honeypot, assigns request identifiers, and applies configured firewall and rate-limit processing. Application logging is limited as described above. No internet transmission, email, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not include Social Security numbers, payment details, medical records, financial-account credentials, policy documents, or other sensitive information in the quote form. Ordinary declarations pages and requested policy documents may be emailed todocs@hlbrokers.com. For sensitive information, call (239) 598-9200 for a secure delivery method.

This policy describes only the practices established in current code and the approved document-intake decision.

10. Requests and possible rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may have rights concerning personal information. This policy does not state that a particular privacy regime applies to HLBrokers or promise a right or response period beyond what applicable law requires.

11. Age and jurisdiction

HLBrokers is a Florida agency serving clients in Florida. The website currently has no age gate. This policy does not establish a minimum age or international-use rule.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy is later changed, HLBrokers will post the revised version on this page and update the displayed date.
